COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS

Dior now offers complimentary delivery for all orders. Kindly note that we deliver only in Saudi Arabia.

Deliveries take between 2 to 5 days. Please be advised that working days do not include Friday, Saturday and Holidays.

Be completely reassured that we are taking all the necessary measures in the preparation and shipping of your orders in order to limit any risk.

RETURNS

For Returns & Exchanges, kindly contact our customer care team by email at contact.sa@diorparfums.com or by Phone 8001240142. Please make sure to keep the original invoice of the order you wish to return or exchange. Kindly note that only full returns can be processed, not partial ones,

Exchanges are possible for only 7 days from the date of receipt of the order, through contacting the customer care team.

Refunds are only possible for only 3 days from the date of receipt of the order, through contacting the customer care team.

All items must be unopened, unused and in their original factory condition with all tags.

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, Cosmetics, Skin Care, Accessories, Fashion Jewelry & Eye Wear are not eligible to be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Exceptions can be done with some conditions and with original invoice.

Refund is processed in accordance with your original payment method Cash / Card.
