Dior now offers complimentary delivery for all orders. Kindly note that we deliver only in Saudi Arabia.

Deliveries take between 2 to 5 days. Please be advised that working days do not include Friday, Saturday and Holidays.

Be completely reassured that we are taking all the necessary measures in the preparation and shipping of your orders in order to limit any risk.

Please keep original invoice for Returns & Exchanges.

Returns are possible within 3 days;
Exchanges can be done within 7 days from the purchasing date through the boutiques of Parfums Christian Dior.

All items must be unopened,
unused and in their original factory condition with all tags.

Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, Cosmetics, Skin Care, Accessories, Fashion Jewelry & Eye Wear are not eligible to be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Exceptions can be done with some conditions and with original invoice.
